Over the past 25 years, BHC RHODES has built a reputation in Kansas City for its civil engineering, surveying, utilities and telecommunications work. The discussion centered around the state of the local retail market, and consisted of expert opinion from regional experts including Fred Merrill Jr., Merrill Companies; Carl Yaeger, Yaeger Architecture; Gwen Locher, LANE4 Property Group; Jeff Berg, Colliers International; Dave Claflin, Legacy Development; and Phil Peck, Block & Co. BHC Rhodes has recruited a former City of Shawnee employee as its newest Public Works Group Leader. “There is no greater testimony than having a customer join your team,” BHC Rhodes President Kevin Honomichl said. “Mark is innovative and brings more than 20 years of experience, and clearly appreciates our focus on providing ‘No Problem’ customer service having been the recipient.”
