Colliers International takes home the deal of the week with the closing of a significant industrial transaction in Wyandotte County. WEG Electric Corp. is now the newest tenant to move into a 78,657-square-foot industrial building at 9601 Woodend Road in Edwardsville, Kan., a building owned by Woodend Industrial II LLC. Ed Elder and Doug Hedrick of Colliers represented the landlord. Tom Haverty of Colliers International represented the tenant.
