Kessinger Hunter takes home the deal of the week with a major office building purchase in Downtown. Debbie Schulte and Greg Swetnam of Kessinger Hunter have closed on the sale of the 207,421-square-foot Flashcube building at 720 Main, Kansas City, Mo. It sold to MRNS Holdings LLC. The listing price was $3.5 million.
Located right along the now operational streetcar line, the building was fully occupied by Commerce Bank’s operations center through 2006.
