David Block and Max DiCarlo are introducing a new retailer to Kansas City.
Block & Company Inc. Realtors represented D-BAT Baseball & Softball Training Academy in the execution of a 10-year lease for a 20,970-square-foot space at 16150 W. 110th Street in Lenexa.
Founded in 1998, the company now has 40 locations across the country. Owned and operated by former professional baseball player Curt Lowry, D-BAT offers private baseball and softball lessons, pitching machines, a pro shop, and more than 50 camps and clinics. Its newest Lenexa location will open to the public on December 22.
