DB RREEF has sold its portfolio of Johnson County industrial buildings for $55,350,000.
John Stafford, Steven Disse, and Jeff Devine of Colliers Industrial represented DB RREEF in the sale. JLL represented the buyer, Dallas-based Clarion Partners.
The sale comprised 24 buildings across several Lenexa and Overland Park business parks, for a total of 1,082,380 square feet.
