All-female architecture firm celebrates renovation of historic Liberty landmark

The all-female firm of A3G Architects has completed the total renovation of their new office, headquartered at the historic 1869 Three Gables House in downtown Liberty, MO. Owner, Aimee Gray, purchased the property last September.

“We have a passion for renovating historical buildings, and we wanted to find a long-term location that would truly tell our story. Since we enjoy working on residential, commercial and historic projects, it made sense for us to purchase the Three Gables building where we can show off all of our design skills.” said Gray.

The firm outgrew their 450 SF office space, located just off the Historic Liberty Square. Gray had been hunting a new location for the last two years, looking for a location where A3G could grow but still stay a connected member of the downtown community.

"Our goal was to have a street presence just outside of the four sides of the Square, which is really best suited for retail and restaurants to keep downtown viable. Being across the street from the Historic Downtown Liberty office will be very convenient since A3G is very active with the organization.” Gray said.
