Heartland Habitat for Humanity will move into the former ‘Circa Home Furniture’ space pictured above in the Santa Fe Shops in Overland Park.
LANE4 Property Group takes home the deal of the week with a new 12,000 square foot lease at the Santa Fe Shops in Overland Park. Heartland Habitat for Humanity ReStore leased a 12,672-square-foot space at 8722-8724 Santa Fe Drive in Overland Park. Patrick Flynn of LANE4 represented the landlord, while Matt Brown of Brown & Company represented the tenant.
The deal took Santa Fe Shops to 100 percent occupancy, and allowed Habitat for Humanity to settle into a high visibility location for the foreseeable future, Flynn said.
