After demolishing an old vacant office building on the site, VanTrust Real Estate has broken ground on a new state-of-the-art multi-tenant medical office building in Overland Park. Soon, a new 79,000-square-foot office building will take shape at 6650 West 110th Street — a prime location for the South Johnson County submarket.
The firm, which has 2,500 total employees in 28 offices across 6 continents, has called the Charles B. Wheeler Airport home for more than two decades. Now, thanks to a deal negotiated by Brent Roberts and Brian Bacon of CBRE, VML will not only stay, but will expand its headquarters space by an additional 30,000 square feet for a total of nearly 100,000 square feet.
